How does the 14-day free trial work?
You can choose any paid plan and use it absolutely free of charge 14 days.
At any time during your 14 day free trial you can upgrade to the paid plan, but we won't begin charging until the free trial finishes.
We will only ask for your credit card details if you upgrade.
If you don't upgrade to the paid plan at the end of the 14 day free trial, we will automatically change your account to a free Personal account.
If you do upgrade to a paid account and then choose to cancel your account in the future you will not be charged again. However, you are responsible for charges already incurred up to the date that you cancel.

How does your pricing work?
We charge a flat price per month (or per year if you choose an annual license). This price includes a number of users, a number of proofs and an amount of storage per month. The number of users, proofs and storage that you can use depends on the pricing plan that you choose. We count each version of a proof as a separate proof. Multi-page proofs count as just one proof.

How long do I need to sign up for?
ProofHQ is a pay-as-you-go service. You can pay monthly using your credit card. After the first payment we will automatically charge your card every month unless you cancel. You will get an invoice every month by email.

Can I pay a year in advance?
If you don't want to pay by credit card, we can send you an invoice and you can make a bank payment. If you do this, we will charge you for 12 months usage in advance.

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, just click on the "Profile" tab on your dashboard and go to Organisation Profile. you'll see your Plan options. Just upgrade or downgrade your plan and the change will take place immediately.
